Welcome to the HRCF and HRAACF Alumni Organizations Mentoring Program!

For Prospective Mentees

As students or recent graduates, you may have questions about spiritual life after college, integrating faith with your career and personal lives, or the impact choices you're facing now may have in the future. Mentoring from alumni can be an invaluable source of information and inspiration!

Mentors are committed to passing along the practical wisdom they've gained from real-world experience. They can act as sources of support and give knowledgeable feedback on your ideas. The HRCF/HRAACF Mentoring Program can connect you with alumni mentors with a wide variety of experiences and interests.

Mentee Application

For Mentors

The Mentoring Program gives HRCF and HRAACF alumni a valuable opportunity to share their thoughts about career decisions, life choices, and faith journeys. Mentors of all ages can be terrific resources to undergraduates and recent graduates with questions about anything from choosing a concentration to landing a first job to balancing work and family life.

Mentor Application

How It Works

Applications are submitted by both prospective mentors and mentees. Mentor profiles (which exclude names and contact information) will be posted on a password-protected page on this website. Prospective mentees read the the mentor profiles to find alumni they feel can offer the type of guidance they seek. Mentoring Team members provide additional support in matching mentees and mentors according to prospective mentees' choices and compatibility of available alumni with the needs of the prospective mentee applicants.

Mentor-mentee pairs are welcome to communicate and get together as often as they like, and are free to create the mentoring relationship that works best for them: some pairs may meet as frequently as twice a month, others may communicate primarily over e-mail. Members of the Mentoring Team are available to answer questions or offer guidance to students and mentors.
