Supporting the work of HRCF and HCBCF staff workers
As staff often give 60+ hour weeks, their work truly is a labor of love. Fundraising levels are set by IVCF based on seniority and job description. Percentages vary slightly by staff worker but the approximate breakdown for IVCF staff is 75% salary and benefits; 4% training; 4% ministry expenses; 4% regional overhead; 13% national overhead.
